To help you with your purchase, here are some answers to common questions.
How do you use my private information I supply to you on your website?
This is very important, if not, the most important question. EVERY bit of information you supply to Trina By Design will be used only to service you. Trina By Design will never supply any third-party vendor with your precious and very private information.
How do I order a wreath that I don’t see on your website anymore?
If you don’t see a wreath on my website anymore it is because it has been sold. You can contact us and we can check to see if we have inventory to remake a wreath like the one you want. It won’t be the exact wreath you saw, but it will be very close if not better.
Do you ship outside of the United States and how do you ship my wreath?
At this point I only ship to the United States and Canada. I ship the most economical between USPS and FedEx Ground. I do insure your wreath for the amount you purchased it.
What materials are used and how strong are your wreaths?
All my wreaths are made in a professional manner. Most of my deco mesh wreaths are made on a sealed metal wire frame with floral stems that are either wired or hot glued into place. Every wreath is handmade, I secure every stem, nest, sign, etc. into the wreath individually. We use a lot of high temperature glue when structuring a wreath and in some cases; I also tie pieces in with chenille stems.
Are your wreaths safe for outdoors?
The materials used in our wreaths are considered durable to moderate outdoor exposure. If hanging your wreath on an exterior door, we would recommend hanging your wreath on a door that has a slight overhang. If you know of a big rain storm coming where there will be sheets of horizontal rain and a lot of wind, we suggest taking your wreath off the door until the storm passes. For light rain, it should be fine. But as you know, over time the sun will fade a wreath, some flowers or mesh more than others. But don’t worry; your wreath should give you several seasons of enjoyment before that.
